Best dental experience of my life, had been putting off going to the dentist for too long and decided it was time to fix my smile. Dr Sammy resolved my dental issues and was completely transparent and honest through out the entire process, the actual dentistry was quick and painless for the most part, any questions I needed an answer to after the procedure was a phone call away and that is also majorly due to Ann Marie’s great customer service on the front desk. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Linda took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and offered helpful tips for maintaining better oral hygiene. I left feeling confident about my dental care. I am generally nervous when it comes to dentist appointments and, sadly, have been putting them away time after time because of that and previous not-so-great-experience with dentists in my life. But at Pearls I felt instantly welcomed and at ease, thanks to both staff at the reception desk and also the dentist and nurse themselves. The dentist explained every process of the exam to me and gave me suggestions for options regarding my treatment plan and I also felt I am in good hands and in a friendly environment. I had a great experience with Plaza Dental in Smithfield & Castleknock. I got 6 month braces as I needed my teeth to be straight for my wedding in October. The staff were so accomodating and made sure I got the results within the tight timeframe. Everyone at the clinic are so welcoming and friendly which put me to ease, especially Gosia. Since the first day, Gosia was so kind and helpful and always checked in to see my progress. I am so grateful to have Aoife fix my teeth as she did an amazing job and she also came in on her days off just to check my teeth.
