10/10 experience rang on a Saturday and they got me in with an emergency app then followed up needing a root canal I was so nervous but they all made sure I got in and got it done to get me out of pain, calmed me down so much when I was there constantly reassuring me because I was nervous and it was great not a bit like what I was worried about. I’m not one to post a lot of reviews, but I had to post a review for Dr Shane Boggs at Kildare Dental Centre. Over the holidays I had phase one of an emergency root canal done at another practice. After that traumatic experience, I googled dentists near me that specialise in nervous patient care and treatment to finish the treatment.After visiting Dr Shane yesterday, I have honestly never felt more at ease in a dental practice. Dr Shane is softly spoken, gentle, informative and incredibly reassuring. He listened to me and continued to reassure me of the situation. I’m willingly back in a few weeks to complete my treatment and begin a new journey for my teeth.As an extremely nervous dental patient who has avoided dentists for years, I couldn’t recommend Dr Shane and the team at KDC more.
