After a bad experience from a previous dentist years ago I was a nervous wreck, but from the minute I arrived I was put at ease from the receptionist my dentist Ratham and the dental nurse were excellent everything was explained to me I was made feel very comfortable the experience was pain free I'm glad to say at last I have found my new dentist 10 outta 10 wonderful staff thankyou so much😊
There are only good points with this surgery. They open on a Saturday, they gave me the best filling I've ever had - no jagged bits, no sensitivity, fits my bite perfectly and they did it so fast, The receptionist is great with people and professional. For immunocompromised people they are great again. They were happy to wear the aura respirators I bought in, donned them properly, I asked if I could bring in an air filter and they're happy with that too. They understood me wanting the 1st appointment on a quiet day and even have given me a long appointment to do the rest of the work I need so I can minimise appointments. Absolutely stellar. If you or a loved one need to be careful I thoroughly recommend them.
I've probably spent 25 years getting teeth done by hygienist and other treatments to keep them right. Been to many dental clinics aswel over the years. But getting a appointment with hygienist Elaine Whelan at Balbriggan Dental and Facial Clinic brought a whole new standard of hygienisim by Elaine. The work she did was never done by anyone lve been to previous. If you get her you will never go to anyone else. So let's hope she never retires. 10 out of 10. Dr. Naomi Rahman and her team are great. She's the best dentist I've come across in Ireland with a professional and caring approach and great communication skills. She was patient to listen to any queries clarify the entire process and next steps. She certainly had the skills to perform a small surgery exceeding my expectations! Just been to Balbriggan dental and implants for extractions I had 3. OMG. Dr Zaky is so nice for anyone who has a fear of dentists he really puts you at ease. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend 5 star rating for sure.
