I am generally nervous when it comes to dentist appointments and, sadly, have been putting them away time after time because of that and previous not-so-great-experience with dentists in my life. But at Pearls I felt instantly welcomed and at ease, thanks to both staff at the reception desk and also the dentist and nurse themselves. The dentist explained every process of the exam to me and gave me suggestions for options regarding my treatment plan and I also felt I am in good hands and in a friendly environment. I would not had said this before, but I am looking forward to my next appointment at Pearls Maynooth. Thank you.

Before I attended my first consultation, I was concerned about the different factors that may potentially affect my personal or work life because of undergoing a braces treatment. However, I felt reassured after our discussion as Dr Perry patiently explained my situation and provided different suggestions (or perspectives). Then I was greeted by Gabby when I had my first appointment, and honestly speaking, I have been restless for this appointment. Thankfully, Gabby and the team's professionalism and kindness have made this appointment a more lighthearted and smooth event. It has been around 18 months since my first appointment, and I have removed my braces this morning!
