Diana and her team at Pearls Dental go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are delivered the highest standard of service in their Castleknock clinic. During a short unfortunate period where I was unhappy with the service I was receiving, I contacted Diana to give my feedback in which she immediately took on board and was able to accommodate me - she ensured that all of my needs were met and issued me with appropriate compensation in a very professional manner, I can’t thank them enough for their response! Such a friendly and helpful team!

There are only good points with this surgery. They open on a Saturday, they gave me the best filling I've ever had - no jagged bits, no sensitivity, fits my bite perfectly and they did it so fast, The receptionist is great with people and professional. For immunocompromised people they are great again. They were happy to wear the aura respirators I bought in, donned them properly, I asked if I could bring in an air filter and they're happy with that too. They understood me wanting the 1st appointment on a quiet day and even have given me a long appointment to do the rest of the work I need so I can minimise appointments. Absolutely stellar. If you or a loved one need to be careful I thoroughly recommend them.

My daughter had her braces removed today and the results are amazing. Every appointment ran smoothly and all staff from the reception to the dentist's chair were friendly and informative at all times. We would highly recommend Pearls to our friends & family. I was ringing around all morning for emergency appointment. 3 of which told me nothing until Monday then I tried sundrive Got trew to the lovely ann marie who got me appointment in 1 hour thank u very much for not leaving me in pain for the weekend. I’ve been receiving dental treatment from KDC for several months now and I cannot recommend their clinic enough. Every visit I am met with warm welcomes and smiles by all the staff and always made feel safe through out my treatments. The customer support I received post procedure has been outstanding also. Highly recommended!

I had severe tooth pain and needed an examination. The staff are amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful. They managed to book me a root canal treatment that very day. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone!

10/10 experience rang on a Saturday and they got me in with an emergency app then followed up needing a root canal I was so nervous but they all made sure I got in and got it done to get me out of pain, calmed me down so much when I was there constantly reassuring me because I was nervous and it was great not a bit like what I was worried about. Amazing service. Have been having awful issues with a back bottom wisdom tooth for quite some time and was referred to oral surgeons by previous dental practitioners. As you can imagine prices quoted to remove via surgery were always ridiculous. Attended Pearl dental in Maynooth and after a thorough examination from Nicole, she was able to remove this tooth herself no problem without having to be referred and I have been pain free for weeks now. She is so efficient at her job. Would highly recommend. Great service, friendly staff and they get the job done.

Excellent! I am generally nervous when it comes to dentist appointments and, sadly, have been putting them away time after time because of that and previous not-so-great-experience with dentists in my life. But at Pearls I felt instantly welcomed and at ease, thanks to both staff at the reception desk and also the dentist and nurse themselves. The dentist explained every process of the exam to me and gave me suggestions for options regarding my treatment plan and I also felt I am in good hands and in a friendly environment. I would not had said this before, but I am looking forward to my next appointment at Pearls Maynooth. Thank you.

I’m not one to post a lot of reviews, but I had to post a review for Dr Shane Boggs at Kildare Dental Centre. Over the holidays I had phase one of an emergency root canal done at another practice. After that traumatic experience, I googled dentists near me that specialise in nervous patient care and treatment to finish the treatment.After visiting Dr Shane yesterday, I have honestly never felt more at ease in a dental practice. Dr Shane is softly spoken, gentle, informative and incredibly reassuring. He listened to me and continued to reassure me of the situation. I’m willingly back in a few weeks to complete my treatment and begin a new journey for my teeth.As an extremely nervous dental patient who has avoided dentists for years, I couldn’t recommend Dr Shane and the team at KDC more.
